Langsamer Walzer - Basic Movement - 4. Follower-Steps

Im folgenden gehen wir auf die Fußaktion des Followers, die Postion im Paar, die Position im Raum, die Rotation mit dem Körper, sowie auf weitere Details ein.

In the following we go into the foot action of the follower, the position in the pair, the position in the space, the rotation with the body, as well as other details.

Starting position:

• (Grundschritt vorwärts aus Sicht des Herrn) Beim Start ist das Gewicht auf dem rechten Fuß, um mit dem linken Fuß zurück tanzen zu können

  • (Basic step forward from the Leaders point of view) At the start, the weight is on the right foot to be able to dance back with the left foot

Step 1:

• Die Dame startet mit dem linken Fuß gerade zurück

  • The follower starts with her left foot straight back

Step 2:

• Der 2. Schritt der Dame wird mit dem rechten Fuß zur Seite getanzt

  • The 2nd Step of the lady is danced with the right foot to the side

Step 3:

• Der Dritte Schritt wird mit dem linken Fuß zum rechten Fuß geschlossen

  • The third step is closed with the left foot to the right foot
