Sur le cou-de-pied

Sur le cou-de-pied  bedeutet übersetzt "am Hals des Fußes" Das Spielbein wird dabei oberhalb des Knöchels des Standbeins angelegt (umwickelt). Der Fuß wird in gestreckter Position am Knöchel angelegt Das Knie ist in dieser Poste stark nach außen gedreht und gebeugt. Die Fußsohle des Spielbeins kann so das Standbei berühren

Passé / Retiré

Retiré bedeutet übersetzt "urückziehen, herausziehen, wegnehmen" In dieser Bewegung wird der Oberschenkel mit gebeugtem Knie am Bein entlang zur Seite gehoben, bis bzw. über das Knie Passé bedeutet übersetzt "hindurchgehen, vorbeigehen" (Positionspunkt einer Durchgangsbewegung)

Arabesque

Arabesque bedeutet "Verzierung" Das Spielbei wird nach hinten in die Luft gestreckt (derrière) Beide Beine sind dabei lang gestreckt Zusätzlich wird die Pose durch die Armpositionen (lange Arme - allongé) ergänzt
